For coaches & leagues
Reserve the field. Get back to coaching.
Free, always. Your town pays, so you don't.
Reserve from the map
Pick your sport, pick the field on the map, see what's open and book. The date starts on tomorrow and the first field is already selected, so most bookings take a few taps.
- Filter by sport to see only the fields that fit
- Same time next week keeps the same start and length
- Repeat weekly for the season, when your town allows it
- Tap a taken slot to see who has it and how to reach them
- Reminders you control

Always know where your reservations stand
See upcoming bookings, pending requests and past reservations in one list, and cancel when plans change. If your town approves requests, we email you when yours is approved, including who approved it.

Made for the sideline
Every screen works on a phone, so you can check the schedule at practice or book a makeup session from the parking lot.
- Sign in with a code sent to your email, with no password to remember
- Coaches in more than one town use a single account
- Run more than one team? Pick the right one each time you book
- Report broken equipment or hazards where your town enables it
Is your town on MyRecTime?
Ask your recreation department. If they aren't yet, send them our way: coaches never pay, and the town can start on a free plan.
